I have not recieved the product. I've emailed the business multiple times to try and get tracking for the product. I feel like I got scammed.
Beautiful set of pearls. I haven’t gotten time to have them authenticated- but they looks and feel real- so might just call it a day. She shipped quickly as I wanted them for a wedding. Well packaged. No paperwork was included however.

Immediately contacted Kassie, the owner to let her know that I need to exchange or return. I never got a reply from anyone. I have emailed 4 times now. This is horrible customer service. And I have ordered from her before and was happy with what I received. But it seems that if you want to return, you get ignored. :-(
I bought 2 pairs of earrings, this one was ok, the other pair was so huge that my ears droops so bad. It’s actually unattractive/ugly. as soon as I received it, I emailed Kassie right away to let her know I need to exchange it. But I never heard from her. I emailed 4 times already.
I am not a happy customer.
I love the way it fits on my arm. It’s beautiful and I’m very impressed with the design. I’m anxious to wear it on my next important outing.
