Immediately contacted Kassie, the owner to let her know that I need to exchange or return. I never got a reply from anyone. I have emailed 4 times now. This is horrible customer service. And I have ordered from her before and was happy with what I received. But it seems that if you want to return, you get ignored. :-(
I bought 2 pairs of earrings, this one was ok, the other pair was so huge that my ears droops so bad. Itās actually unattractive/ugly. as soon as I received it, I emailed Kassie right away to let her know I need to exchange it. But I never heard from her. I emailed 4 times already.
